Do I need a background check to buy a firearm?

Yes. Every firearm sold at nfabrokers.us must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state. The FFL dealer conducts the federal NICS background check before you can take possession of your firearm.

Can a firearm be shipped directly to my home?

Accepted Answer

No. Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer near you. Select your preferred FFL dealer during checkout and we will ship to them for the legal transfer.

What payment methods are accepted?

Are there items I cannot legally purchase in my state?

Accepted Answer

Certain products are restricted by state or federal law. NFA items such as suppressors and short-barreled rifles require ATF Form 4 approval. We do not ship prohibited items to restricted states. Check your local laws before purchasing.
